I offer practical, personal support backed by real world experience in organisations big and small across 11 industries. And with 20+ years in senior communications roles, I’ll help you tell your story and stand out from the crowd.

 

I’ve coached and run career workshops for 140+ private clients and provided outplacement support to help 150+ people re-enter the workforce.

​

And if you’re choosing, changing and reinventing your career, I’ve been where you are. I’ve navigated redundancies, extracted myself from career dead-ends and reinvented my career several times. (I started my working life as an economist.)

​Choose where you want to focus. ​I offer a pick-and-mix of tools and resources to suit where you are in your career and what you’re looking for.

  • ​Career documents and online profiles – (engaging CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn, elevator pitches). Connect with the right people and right organisations, and share what you have to offer (while sounding like a human, not AI)

  • Job search strategies – understand where and how to find your next role. (Many jobs never reach the job boards.)

  • Interview practice – wow your interviewers with a punchy elevator pitch and answers (and questions) that show you're the one for the role, (How do you answer a 'behavioural interview' well? Prepare and practise!)

  • Mentoring – set up a mentoring scheme in your workplace, or mentoring for yourself

 

  • Training – build skills to build your career. I offer training in business writing and workplace relationships skills (and am happy to provide bespoke training in other work-related topics too).
