I’ve led and worked on award-winning engagement and communications projects (see below) that helped organisations build relationships, brands, reputations and customers, improve how they run, and manage change. As a coach and teacher, I’ve coached 120+ private clients, provided outplacement support for 150+ staff, and trained 365+ adult learners. 

 

  • Engagement, communications and story-telling expertise. I’ve spent 20 years in senior communications and engagement roles helping people and organisations connect, explain who they are and show why they matter. I’ll help you, or your organisation, do the same.

  • Industry experience. I’ve worked in multi-nationals, public companies, small and medium-sized businesses, charities and government organisations across 11 industries – tourism, financial services, education, infrastructure, professional services, manufacturing, retail and more. I know how different industries, organisations and roles work.

  • Practical, personal support. As an experienced consultant, career coach, ESOL teacher and adult education tutor I’ve got a lot of handy tools in my toolkit. And I know that the best results come when we work together. So, I’ll start by listening. Then we’ll make a plan and work through it together.​

 

  • ​Understanding of change and resilience. I’ve helped many organisations support their teams through change. And when it comes to career coaching, I’ve done the career hard yards myself, including redundancy, COVID-curtailed employment and career dead ends. I've got the skills, tools (and my own career stories!) to help you back on your feet - or to make the changes you need.​​
