  • Led Auckland Airport’s award-winning community engagement programme

  • Led KiwiRail’s award-winning national engagement campaign for Rail Safety Week 2019

  • Wrote First Foundation’s mentor and alumni engagement strategies and action plans

  • Led and wrote Melanoma New Zealand's 2025 impact report

 Organisational change projects

  • Led global change communications for 200 staff in 18 countries to set up Fonterra

  • Led business unit communications on the award-winning project that changed ANZ / National Bank’s Masterbrand

  • Launched Auckland Airport’s intranet

  

Commercial projects

  • Launched thinkstep-anz’s new client offer (plain English sustainability communications)

  • Led communications for ANZ’s sale of EFTPOS NZ

  • Led communications and supported staff secondments for Air New Zealand’s campaign as official carrier to the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games

Sustainability projects

  • Developed Auckland Airport’s corporate social responsibility (ESG) strategy and led the airport's social sustainability programme

  • Wrote thinkstep-anz’s first integrated sustainability reports, winning awards

Marketing projects

 

  • Refreshed thinkstep-anz’s brand and improved marketing communications, sales collateral and media activity

  • Led Competenz’ thought leadership research project: Helping Māori and Pasifika learners build their skills in the workplace

  • Launched Competenz’ monthly customer insights programme

Coaching, teaching and training

​

  • Designed and taught programmes to help 650+ clients build their career, vocational and language skills, and support two commercial outplacements (150+ staff)
