• Practical, personal support. I'm a listener and a do-er. I’ll help you come up with career goals that work for you. Then I’ll support you act on those goals, with a practical plan – steps to take, people to contact, follow-up to keep you at it.

I bring to my coaching many years of experience gained in multi-nationals, public companies, small and medium-sized businesses, charities and government organisations in 11 industries - tourism, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, retail, education and more. I know what employers are looking for, what roles involve and how workplaces work.

 

• Communications and story-telling expertise. I’ve spent 20 years in senior communications and engagement roles helping people and organisations connect and explain who they are and why they matter. I’ll help you do the same. You'll see the award-winning teams I've been part of below.
